It is a long time since I have updated my website. The reason is probably that Facebook has taken over the main role as a social media. I still enjoy watching others websites so now I thought it was time to do something to my own too. A lot of things has happend since I wrote last time.
Uno has not been to any shows sofar. I am waiting for him to have his 8th birthday in November. This means he is then a veteran and I have plans to show him again in the veteran class. He is in good condition and he enjoys showing so I think I will take him to a few shows.
Boston has only been to one show but this one is not to be forgotten. He was shown at the Bearded Collie Special show (40th Anniversary show) which had a good entry of 103 dogs. Mr Geoff Spurrier judged males and Tony Bush bitches. There were 19 males in the champion class. Boston was, despite of the very hot day, trotting around the ring with such a lovely confidence. He won the big champion class and at the end of the day he was best male 1 and BOS.
Annie has been to quite many shows and she has already won 2 CAC and many reserve CAC. She is only 11 months old (11.7.2011). I guess the biggest win was at the Finnish Bearded collie special show where judge Tony Bush gave Annie reserve CAC and placed her as third best bitch. She was also selected as BOB junior. What a day it was! I was super proud of my beardies who did so much to make me and Mats proud. We enjoyed the day seeing so many lovely beardies and seeing so many wonderful people.
Oh and our boy, our Swedish import - he was shown for the first time by his owner Heini. There were ten puppies and Visa competed in the baby puppy class. He won his class and ended up as BIS puppy! What a start for this super boy. Congratulations to Heini and Kalle who takes so good care of Visa.
On the first photo is Visa (on the left) with Heini.

On the second photo is Annie.

And on the third photo is our super teddybear Boss alias Boston.

There has been some other wonderful news too this year but I will try to update the website more often. One thing I do want to mention is that Kalle's son Yo-Yo has sired his first litter. The dame is a lovely brown bitch from kennel Memorylane. More information about this litter can be found from kennel Memorylane website or by contacting Nina Brusin on Facebook. Below is a photo of handsome Yo-Yo who was shortlisted in the huge champion class at the special show.
